About us

We are families showing up for families.

Nexus Point Family Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit with a simple belief: when one family rises, we all rise. We turn community generosity into real, local help, and we use our voice to make life better for families everywhere.

Our mission

To make sure every family has the support, education, and resources to thrive, from pregnancy through a child's eighteenth birthday.

Families do best when they have the resources, knowledge, and connections they need. We exist to help build that safety net, one family at a time.

Our story

Started small, built to grow.

We began in the Kansas City area, where neighbors were already quietly helping each other through hard seasons. Cribs handed down. Coats passed along. Rides to appointments. We saw how much good was happening, and how easily it got lost in crowded social media groups and word of mouth.

Nexus Point Family Foundation was created to give that generosity a real home: organized, dependable, and built around respect. We are an early-stage foundation, and we are building in the open, program by program, with families at the center of every decision.

What guides us

The values behind the work.

Dignity first

Asking for help should never cost someone their pride. Everything we build protects privacy and treats families as neighbors, not cases.

Local and real

Help means the most when it is close by and easy to reach. We organize everything around real places and real communities.

Open and honest

We are transparent about what we do and where money goes. Our books are clean and our promises are kept.

Who we serve

Every family, every season.

We support families with children from pregnancy all the way through a child's eighteenth birthday. Whether you are expecting your first baby or raising teenagers, the need for support does not stop, and neither do we.

  • Expecting and new parents
  • Families navigating tight months
  • Caregivers, kinship families, and guardians
  • Neighbors who want to give back
