A county resource page with your name on it.
Health departments, hospitals, WIC clinics, and libraries send families to the same places every week, from a binder that is always a little out of date. We keep the list current. You put your name on it, hang the card at the front desk, and stop reprinting the binder.
Everything a front desk needs, kept current for you.
- Your county's page, with your name at the top. "Kept current with your organization," your phone number, and your own programs marked as confirmed by you.
- A printable binder. Every listing in the county, one kind of help per page so it drops into a tabbed binder, rebuilt after every monthly refresh of hours and phone numbers.
- A QR card for the wall. Half-letter size. A family scans it in the waiting room and lands on your page instead of asking the desk.
- A "report a change" button. Your staff spot a closure or a new number, tap once, and the correction reaches us and you.
- A monthly usage report. On the 2nd of each month: how many times the page was used, which listings people tapped, what they were looking for, and which searches found nothing. Counts only. We never know who used it, so neither will you.
What your county's page looks like
A sample built on the real listings for one Missouri county, with a placeholder where your organization's name and phone number go.
Four steps, and you see the page before you pay.
- Tell us your county. The form below takes two minutes. Say which counties, and who should get the monthly report.
- We build the page. You get a link to your page, the binder, and the card before any invoice exists.
- Check your listings. Tell us what is closed, wrong, or missing. Your own programs get the confirmed badge.
- Hang the card. Families start scanning. The first usage report lands on the 2nd of the next month.
Families never pay. Listings are always free.
A partner page pays for the work of keeping the directory current. It never buys a place in it: nobody can pay to be added, removed, or moved up. We send an invoice by email.

Questions people ask before they say yes.
Does sponsoring a page change what is on it?
Does sponsoring a page change what is on it?
No. Sponsors cannot add, remove, or reorder listings, and the page says so. What you can do is confirm your own programs, which then carry a "Confirmed by" badge, and send corrections, which we check and apply.
What is in the monthly report?
What is in the monthly report?
Page views, listings used (split into phone taps, website clicks, and directions), the kinds of help people looked for, the most used listings, and the searches in your state that found nothing. Every number is a count of uses. We keep no cookies, addresses, or identities, so nothing in the report can be traced to a person. Our privacy policy spells that out.
Our county only has a handful of listings. Is it worth it?
Our county only has a handful of listings. Is it worth it?
We would tell you before you pay. A thin page is not worth $300, and we would rather spend the first month filling it with you than invoice for it. That is part of why you see the page first.
Can we put it on our own website?
Can we put it on our own website?
Link to it and print the card, yes. If you need the list living inside your own site, ask. We will tell you what that would take.
