Published policies
- Privacy policy. What we collect, what we do with it, and the things we never do. We do not run ads, track you across the web, or sell your information.
- Community guidelines. How we expect people to treat each other on our item board, in messages, and at our events.
- AI use and disclosure policy. Where AI tools sit in our work, how a person reviews everything before it goes out, and why we never put a family's personal information into an AI model.

- Bylaws. The rules our board of directors operates under.
- Articles of incorporation. The document that created the foundation.
- IRS determination letter. Our written confirmation of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
- Form 1023. Our application for tax-exempt status, including the supporting documents filed with it.
- Form 990. Our annual information return, for each year we have filed one.
- Conflict of interest policy. How our board handles situations where a director has a personal stake.
- Formal AI policy. The full internal version of our AI use and disclosure policy, with the specific tools we use and the rules our team works under.
Federal law requires 501(c)(3) organizations to make the exemption application, its supporting documents, and the three most recent annual returns available for public inspection. We are glad to do it. Individual donor names and addresses are withheld, as the rules allow.
