We read every answer before we speak to you, so the free twenty-minute call starts somewhere useful instead of at the beginning. You will get back a scope, a price, and an honest read on whether the work is worth doing at all.

How this works. Fill this out, attach anything you want us to look at, and we will spend about twenty minutes with it before we meet. The call is free and there is no obligation at the end of it. Fields marked * are the ones we genuinely need; everything else helps but can be left blank.

Which grant, and when is it due? * Deadlines matter most here. Tell us even if it is tight, and we will say honestly whether we can do it justice.

Roughly what is the total program budget you are requesting? This sets what the evaluation line can reasonably be, usually 13 to 16 percent.

Attach files An RFP or funder guidance, a current survey, a previous report, a logic model, or a description of the program. We spend about twenty minutes with what you send, so if there is a lot, send the most important piece and tell us below what else exists.

Anything else we should know?

What you send stays between us. We do not share it, and we do not use it for anything other than scoping your request.

What happens next

We meet for twenty minutes. Free, no obligation, and if we are the wrong fit we say so and point you somewhere better.
If it makes sense to continue, you get a written scope with a fixed price and a date before anyone commits to anything.
